Dr. Steven Stein
Dr. Steven Stein is Suncoast Behavioral Health Center’s psychiatrist. He is a valuable addition to our team as he is board certified in adult psychiatry and specializes in addiction medicine. Dr Stein graduated from the Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the Tulane University School of Medicine.
Dr. Stein was previously an instructor at the Tulane University School of Medicine and has participated in research studies involving veterans and quality improvements within healthcare systems. In addition, Dr. Stein volunteers assisting impoverished and underprivileged children and families.
Cesar Lluberes M.D.
Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
Dr. Lluberes is board Certified in Adult Psychiatry. He received his M.D from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) School of Medicine in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic with Cum Laude distinction. Prior to earning his M.D, Dr. Lluberes attended Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for his undergraduate studies. Upon completing his General Psychiatry Residency Training at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Lluberes went on to complete a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During his studies, Dr. Lluberes was awarded the Outstanding New Resident Award as well as the Extra Mile Award Winner for his commitment to patients and their families. He is also fluent in Spanish and Spanish Creole.
Dr. Lluberes has worked as a physician at Belmont Behavioral Health in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as well as Albert Einstein Medical Center. His extensive work with children, adolescents and adults includes emergency evaluations and medical and psychiatric management. His specific interests include ADHD and psychotic disorders. In addition to his work, Dr. Lluberes’ volunteer experiences include teaching medical students, chairing holiday gift drives.
Dr. Lluberes is married and has 3 children, He enjoys teaching, sports, religious studies, carpentry and travel. Suncoast Behavioral Health Center is beyond excited to welcome Dr. Lluberes to our team!)
